Return / Exchange
We generally do not accept any return or exchange unless we shipped you the wrong items. However, if you have any problem or concern with your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com or use the web contact form so we can resolve it for you.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will do our best to retrieve your order before it leaves our warehouse. If the package has shipped, you can refuse accepting it and have it returned to us. Once we received your returned order, we will credit your account the purchase amount less shipping. If free shipping is included in the price, actual shipping will be deducted.
