Shipping
We strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. We generally ship your product within 24 hours and sometime within the same day once we receive your order. We primarily ship our orders via USPS or Fedex ground with tracking. Shipping time varies but usually within 2-5 business days for domestic shipment. International shipment takes approximately 2-4 weeks to Canada and 4-6 weeks to all other countires but could be further delayed if your parcel is held up at custom. Buyer/receipient is responsible for all custom duties and governmental charges imposed by your country for all international shipment.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address. If your parcel is returned to us because of incomplete/incorrect address, you are responsible for paying the additional postage to have the parcel re-shipped to you. If we are charged any return postage for international shipment, you will be responsible for that charge in addition to the re-shipping postage.
Cancellation
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will do our best to retrieve your order before it leaves our warehouse. If the package has shipped, you can refuse accepting it and have it returned to us. Once we received your returned order, we will credit your account the purchase amount less shipping. If free shipping is included in the price, actual shipping will be deducted.
Returns
Generally we do not accept returns, exchange or refunds, unless we made a mistake shipping you the wrong product or the product is defective. You must contact us using our webform or email us directly at info@adadababy.com within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise and we will resolve the problem ASAP. The item must be in its original packaging unopened and unused.
